With a solution, and scrutiny of evidence, study of materials, collection of proof, prima facie evidence established it can now be peer reviewed. To achieve “Rhetoric” is to achieve mastery on the subject at hand. This formula can be used to get to the truth on any subject or matter.
INVERSION OF FORMULA
